  4) TOP PLATES: Double 2"X10" top plates.

  5) HEADERS: 22"X12" full-length headers, laminated & bolted.

  6) WALLS: All 2"X4" house construction studs & 16' o/c studs.

  7) CORNERS: Double 2"X4"s laminated for extra strength at
      corners & openings 1/2 OSB 4X8 sheeting.

  8) WINDOWS: Pre-painted aluminum jalousie or sliding window.

  9) PRIMED STEEL SERVICE DOOR: 3' wide with deadbolt lock
      & aluminum threshold.

10) BOTTOM PLATE: Waterproof wolmanized bolted bottom plate.

11) LUMBER: All kiln dried.

12) FOUNDATION: 3/8" steel rods to reinforce concrete floor.

13) CONCRETE FLOOR: High & dry water ledge system.

14) APRON: 3' concrete.
